摘 要:油田地面工程分布点多面广,涉及多业务、多岗位协作,存在设备资产庞杂,生产运行、HSSE (健康、安全、安保、环保)成本高等特点。面向油田地面生产管控、工艺运行、设备维护、HSSE等主营业务,利用先进数字化、智能化技术解决油田生产运行的客观问题,提高协作效率,减少运行成本,提升油田生产运行管控水平,对于油田企业的高质量、高水平发展至关重要。针对油田地面工程建设、生产、HSSE等各类业务数据难以实现集中监控,多部门、多岗位人员协作、信息共享效率较低等问题,研发了一种基于三维可视化技术的油田地面生产运行智能管控系统,以油田地面三维地理信息地图融合设备设施三维模型所构建的可视化生产运行环境为依托,整合工程建设信息以及生产运行、电力运行、HSSE等业务实时监控数据,并扩展生产报警辅助决策、设备维护信息展示等智能化功能,实现油田地面生产的可视化管控、智能化分析和多业务一体化协作运行。Oilfield surface engineering has characteristics of a vast distribution and a wide range of operations,involving collaboration across multiple businesses and positions.It is also characterized by a substantial amount of diversified equipment assets and high costs associated with production operations,as well as health,safety,security,and environmental(HSSE)management.Facing the main business of oilfield surface production management and control,process operation,equipment maintenance,HSSE,etc.,to address the objective challenges in oilfield production and operations,improve collaboration efficiency,reduce operating costs,and enhance the level of oilfield production and operation control,the adoption of advanced digital and intelligent technologies is pivotal for the high-quality and high-level development of oilfield enterprises.Considering the difficulties in centralizing the monitoring of various business data related to oilfield surface engineering construction,production and HSSE,as well as the low-efficiency of information sharing and collaboration among different departments and positions,an intelligent management and control system for oilfield surface production operations based on three-dimensional(3D)visualization technology is presented.This system leverages a visual production and operation environment built upon the integration of 3D geographic information maps of oilfield surfaces with 3D models of equipment and facilities.It consolidates engineering construction information and real-time monitoring data from production operations,power operations and HSSE,among other business sectors.Additionally,the system incorporates intelligent functions such as assisted decision-making for production alarms,equipment maintenance information display,to achieve visual management and control of oilfield surface production,intelligent analysis,and integrated collaboration across multiple business sectors.
