摘  要:针对石油石化行业危险化学品应急救援演练、事故处置演练和高危作业培训的难题,提出一种基于VR (Virtual Reality虚拟现实)技术的危化品应急演练虚拟仿真培训系统。该系统利用IdeaVR开发引擎,创建了油气田地面工程站场、油库、井场、钻井平台、油气长输管道等64个场景的泄漏、火灾、爆炸、井喷等三维模型;构建了桌面式虚拟仿真培训模块、沉浸式虚拟仿真培训模块和管理模块;实现了培训教学、学员练习、培训考评和记录管理四种功能。应用结果表明:该系统操作简便,具有较好的体验感和互动性,能有效提高应急救援管理人员、企业内危化品从业人员和专业救援队伍战斗人员的事故应急处置专业技能水平,很好地解决了石油石化危化品应急处置实训危险性大、成本高、无法搭建部分实景的难题。A virtual simulation training system for hazardous chemical emergency rescue drills based on Virtual Reality(VR)technology is proposed in this paper.The proposed system is aimed at the problems that appeared in emergency rescue drills,accident disposal drills,and high-risk operation training in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.The system uses the IdeaVR development engine to create 3D models of 64 kinds of operation scenes,such as oilfield stations,oil tank area,wellsite,drilling platform,and oil and gas longdistance pipelines.The created emergency situations include leakage,fire,explosion,and blowout,etc.The system builds up desktop virtual simulation training modules,immersive virtual simulation training modules,and management modules.Meanwhile,it develops four functions,including:training teaching,student practice,training evaluation,and record management.The application results show that the system is friendly to operation&interaction,which provides a real sense of experience.It can improve the capability of emergency response,which is effective for emergency disposal managers,employees in the petrochemical industry,and combatants of professional rescue teams.The proposed system effectively solves the problems of high risk,high cost,and inability to set up some real-life scenarios in emergency response training for petroleum and petrochemical hazardous chemicals.
