摘 要:文章旨在研究甘草多糖对育肥猪生长性能、血液指标及血清免疫指标的影响,试验将健康的均重(31.93±1.85)kg的144头三元育肥猪随机分为4组(试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组),每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪,试验分为30~60、60~90和90~120 kg三阶段,试验日粮分别向各个阶段基础日粮中添加0、150、300和450 mg/kg的甘草多糖,试验为期110 d。结果表明,与对照组(0 mg/kg)相比,试验Ⅲ组(300 mg/kg)育肥猪末重显著提高5.02%(P<0.05),日增重显著提高6.82%(P<0.05),采食量显著提高2.94%(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ(300 mg/kg)和Ⅳ组(450 mg/kg)料肉比分别显著下调3.63%和3.26%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组(300 mg/kg)红细胞数和红细胞分布宽度标准差、血小板分布宽度、白细胞数和粒细胞数均显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ(150 mg/kg)和Ⅲ(300 mg/kg)组血红蛋白含量、平均血红蛋白浓度显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ(150 mg/kg)~Ⅳ(450 mg/kg)组平均血红蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组(0 mg/kg)相比,试验Ⅱ(150 mg/kg)和Ⅲ(300 mg/kg)组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组(300 mg/kg)血清球蛋白(Glb)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ(150 mg/kg)~Ⅳ(450 mg/kg)组血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ(300 mg/kg)和Ⅳ(450 mg/kg)组血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:本试验条件下,补充300 mg/kg的甘草多糖能有效改善育肥猪血液指标、增强免疫力,提高生长性能。Objective:To investigate the effects of licorice polysaccharides on the growth performance,blood indicators,and serum immune indicators of fattening pigs.Design:A total of 144 healthy ternary fattening pigs with an average weight of(31.93±1.85)kg were randomly divided into four groups(groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣ),each group consisting of six replicates,with six pigs per replicate.The experiment was divided into three stages:30~60,60~90,and 90~120 kg.LP at doses of 0,150,300,and 450 mg/kg were added to the basic feed at each stage as experimental feed for a total of 110 days.Result:Compared with the control group(0 mg/kg),the final weight of fattening pigs in groupⅢ(300 mg/kg)significantly increased by 5.02%(P<0.05),daily weight gain significantly increased by 6.82%(P<0.05),and feed intake significantly increased by 2.94%(P<0.05).The feed to meat ratio of groupⅢ(300 mg/kg)and groupⅣ(450 mg/kg)were significantly reduced by 3.63%and 3.26%,respectively(P<0.05).The red blood cell count and standard deviation of red blood cell distribution width,platelet distribution width,white blood cell count,and granulocyte count were significantly increased in groupⅢ(300 mg/kg)(P<0.05).The hemoglobin content and average hemoglobin concentration were significantly increased in groupsⅡ(150 mg/kg)andⅢ(300 mg/kg)(P<0.05),and the average hemoglobin content was significantly increased in groupsⅡ(150 mg/kg)toⅣ(450 mg/kg)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(0 mg/kg),the serum TP levels in groupsⅡ(150 mg/kg)andⅢ(300 mg/kg)were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum Glb,IgA,IgG,and IFN-γlevels in groupⅢ(300 mg/kg)were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum TNF-αlevels in groupsⅡ(150 mg/kg)toⅣ(450 mg/kg)were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum IL-6 levels in groupsⅢ(300 mg/kg)andⅣ(450 mg/kg)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,supplementing 300 mg/kg licorice polysaccharide LP can effectively improve blood indicators,enhance immunity,an
