摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮添加复合酶菌制剂(Bacterial enzyme compound preparation,BECP)对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响。试验将同批次孵化的1200羽健康1日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分为4组(BECP0、BECP100、BECP200、BECP300组),每组10个重复,每个重复30羽,试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0、100、200和300 mg/kg的BECP,试验为期50 d。试验结果:与BECP0组相比,BECP200和300组肉鸡42 d体重显著提升6.10%和5.38%(P<0.05),50 d体重显著提升6.39%和6.00%(P<0.05)。22~42 d,BECP200和300组肉鸡日增重显著提升8.99%和7.67%(P<0.05),料肉比显著下降8.39%和7.17%(P<0.05);43~50 d,BECP200和300组肉鸡日增重显著提升7.36%和8.07%(P<0.05),料肉比显著下降6.24%和7.66%(P<0.05);1~50 d,BECP200和300组肉鸡日增重显著提升6.54%和6.14%(P<0.05),料肉比显著下降6.06%和5.82%(P<0.05)。BECP200和BECP300组血清球蛋白(Glb)含量、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)能力显著升高(P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性含量显著下降(P<0.05),BECP100~300组尿酸(UA)和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05)。BECP200组胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05),BECP200和300组肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。试验结论:在本试验条件下,补充200和300 mg/kg的复合酶菌制剂能增强肉鸡免疫、提高其生长性能。The effect of adding bacterial enzyme compound preparation(BECP)to the diet on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and immune function of broiler chickens.(Experimental Design)1200 healthy 1-day-old yellow feathered broiler chickens incubated in the same batch were randomly divided into 4 groups(BECP0,BECP100,BECP200,BECP300 groups),with 10 replicates in each group.Each group consisted of 30 chickens as one replicate,and were fed with basic feed supplemented with 0,100,200,and 300 mg/kg of BECP as experimental feed.(Experimental results)Compared with the BECP0 group,the BECP200 and 300 groups of broiler chickens showed significant increases in body weight by 6.10%and 5.38%(P<0.05)at 42 days,6.39%and 6.00%(P<0.05)at 50 days,8.99%and 7.67%(P<0.05)in daily weight gain,8.39%and 7.17%(P<0.05)in feed to meat ratio,7.36%and 8.07%(P<0.05)in daily weight gain,6.24%and 7.66%(P<0.05)in feed to meat ratio,and 6.54%(P<0.05)in daily weight gain,and 6.54%(P<0.05)in feed to meat ratio from 1 to 50 days.Compared to 6.14%(P<0.05),the feed to meat ratio decreased by 6.06%and 5.82%(P<0.05).The GLB content,ALP activity,and T-AOC ability were significantly increased in the BECP200 and BECP400 groups(P<0.05),while the BUN and LDH activity content were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The UA and MDA content were significantly decreased in the BECP100~400 groups(P<0.05).The thymus index of the BECP200 group significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IgA and IgG levels of broiler chickens in the BECP200 and 400 groups significantly increased(P<0.05).(Experimental conclusion)Supplementing 200,300 mg/kg of composite enzyme bacterial preparation can enhance the immunity of broiler chickens and improve their growth performance.
