摘  要:为了给复合益生菌(CP)在产蛋后期蛋鸡饲料中的应用提供借鉴,本研究以1350羽50周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡为研究对象,设置5个处理,每个处理9个重复,每个重复30羽。CK饲喂基础饲料,试验组T1、T2、T3和T4分别添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%的复合益生菌至基础饲料中,预饲期1周,正试期9周。测定其生产性能和蛋品质,计算其经济效益。结果表明,T3和T4的产蛋率和平均蛋重显著高于其他组(P<0.05),料蛋比和不合格蛋率显著低于其他组(P<0.05),且T3和T4之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。T2的产蛋率和平均蛋重显著高于CK(P<0.05),料蛋比和不合格蛋率显著低于CK(P<0.05)。生产性能在T1和CK间无显著差异(P>0.05)。T3和T4的蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度和哈夫单位显著高于其他组(P<0.05),且T3和T4间无显著差异(P>0.05)。T2的蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度和哈夫单位显著高于CK(P<0.05)。T1的蛋品质同CK处于同一水平(P>0.05)。T3和T4的毛利润显著高于其他组(P<0.05),且T3和T4间无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,添加CP可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能,改善蛋品质,提高经济效益。在本研究条件下,CP的适宜添加量为0.6%。In order to provide reference for the application of compound probiotics in the feed of laying hens in the later stage of egg production,this study used 50 week old laying hens.CK was fed with basic feed,and T1,T2,T3,and T4 were added with 0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,and 0.8%compound probiotics,respectively.The production performance and egg quality was measured,and its economic benefits was calculated.The egg production rate and average egg weight of T3 and T4 were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),while the feed to egg ratio and unqualified egg rate were significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).The production performance of T2 is significantly lower than CK(P<0.05).The eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,and Haff units of T3 and T4 were significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between T3 and T4(P>0.05).The egg quality of T1 was at the same level as CK(P>0.05).The gross profit of T3 and T4 was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).In summary,adding compound probiotics to feed can improve the production performance of laying hens in the later stage of egg production,improve egg quality,and increase economic benefits.Under the conditions of this study,the appropriate addition amount of composite probiotics was 0.6%.
