摘  要:文章旨在探究海藻多糖(Seaweed polysaccharide,SP)对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及氨基酸消化率的影响。试验将256头均重(89.72±3.94)kg的杜长大猪分为4组(对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组),每组8个重复,每个重复8头,分别饲喂基础日粮+0、200、400和800 mg/kg SP的试验日粮,试验为期35 d。结果表明,Ⅲ组育肥猪的末重和平均日增重分别比对照组显著提高2.84%和11.24%(P<0.05),与对照组相比,Ⅰ~Ⅲ组育肥猪料重比分别显著下降2.60%、4.08%和8.35%(P<0.05);Ⅲ组料重比Ⅰ和Ⅱ组显著下降5.91%和4.46%(P<0.05),未观察到育肥猪采食量的变化(P>0.05)。Ⅱ和Ⅲ组育肥猪血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著上调(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)、尿素氮(BUN)含量显著下调(P<0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅲ组白蛋白(Alb)含量显著上调(P<0.05),Ⅲ组肌酐(CREA)含量及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)能力显著上调(P<0.05)。Ⅰ和Ⅱ组丝氨酸标准消化率显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ和Ⅲ组赖氨酸、亮氨酸标准消化率显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅲ组苏氨酸、缬氨酸标准消化率显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组色氨酸和丙氨酸标准消化率显著提高(P<0.05),苯丙氨酸消化率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:补充海藻多糖(800 mg/kg)可通过促进氨基酸吸收提高育肥猪生长性能。Explore the effects of Seaweed polysaccharide(SP)addition on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and amino acid digestibility of fattening pigs.256 Duroc pigs with an average weight of(89.72±3.94)kg were divided into 4 groups(control group,experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ),with 8 replicates in each group and 8 pigs per replicate.They were fed with experimental feed containing basic feed+0,200,400,and 800 mg/kg SP for 35 days.Result:The final weight and average daily weight gain of groupⅢfattening pigs were 2.84%and 11.24%higher than the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the feed to weight ratio of groupⅠ~Ⅲfattening pigs decreased by 2.60%,4.08%,and 8.35%,respectively(P<0.05);The feed weight ratio of groupⅢdecreased by 5.91%and 4.46%compared with groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05),and no changes in feed intake of fattening pigs were observed(P>0.05).The serum TP content of fattening pigs in groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly upregulated(P<0.05),while the MDA and BUN content were significantly downregulated(P<0.05).Alb content was significantly upregulated in groupsⅠ~Ⅲ(P<0.05),while CREA content and T-AOC ability were significantly upregulated in groupⅢ(P<0.05).The standard digestibility of serine in groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05),while the standard digestibility of lysine and leucine in groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).The standard digestibility of serine and valine in groupsⅠ~Ⅲwas significantly increased(P<0.05),while the standard digestibility of phenylalanine in groupⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing seaweed polysaccharides(800 mg/kg)can improve the growth performance of fattening pigs by promoting amino acid absorption.
