摘 要:文章旨在探究芹菜素(Apigenin,AP)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清免疫和炎症因子含量的影响。试验将224头胎次相近、健康及体况良好的大三元杂交仔猪根据体重及性别分为4组,每组7栏,每栏8头,试验日粮分别在基础日粮+0、25、50和100 mg/kg的AP,试验为期35 d。结果:未观察到添加0~100 mg/kg的AP组间初重及采食量有显著影响(P>0.05),较添加0 mg/kg AP组,100 mg/kg的AP组仔猪末重、日增重分别显著提高4.13%和5.70%(P<0.05),料肉比显著下降4.34%(P<0.05),50 mg/kg的AP组仔猪末重及日增重与0和100 mg/kg的AP组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清免疫炎症指标方面,与0 mg/kg AP组相比,50及100 mg/kg的AP组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及二胺氧化酶(DAO)含量显著下降(P<0.05),100 mg/kg的AP组白细胞介素10(IL-10)含量显著提升(P<0.05),25~100 mg/kg的AP组D-乳酸(D-LA)含量均显著下降(P<0.05)。肠道炎症指标方面,空肠:与0 mg/kg AP组相比,50及100 mg/kg的AP组分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)含量显著提升(P<0.05),TNF-α含量显著下降(P<0.05),100 mg/kg的AP组白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)含量显著下降(P<0.05),IL-10含量显著提升(P<0.05);回肠:与0 mg/kg AP组相比,25~100 mg/kg的AP组SIgA含量显著提升,50及100 mg/kg的AP组IL-10含量显著提升,100 mg/kg的AP组TNF-α含量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,芹菜素(100 mg/kg)可通过增强免疫力、抑制炎症反应提高断奶仔猪的生长性能。Explore the effects of apigenin(AP)on growth performance,serum immunity,and inflammatory factor levels in weaned piglets.224 large three element hybrid piglets with similar parity,health,and good physical condition were divided into 4 groups based on body weight and gender,with 7 columns in each group and 8 piglets in each column.They were fed with basic feed+0,25,50,and 100 mg/kg AP experimental feed,respectively,for a total of 35 days.Result:No significant effect was observed on the initial weight and feed intake of piglets in the AP groups supplemented with 0~100 mg/kg(P>0.05).Compared with the AP group supplemented with 0 mg/kg,the final weight and daily weight gain of piglets in the AP group supplemented with 100 mg/kg increased significantly by 4.13%and 5.70%,respectively(P<0.05),and the feed to meat ratio decreased by 4.34%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the final weight and daily weight gain of piglets in the AP group supplemented with 50 mg/kg compared to the AP groups supplemented with 0 and 100 mg/kg(P>0.05).The IgG content in the AP groups at 50 and 100 mg/kg was effectively increased(P<0.05),while the TNF-αand DAO content were effectively decreased(P<0.05).The IL-10 content in the AP group at 100 mg/kg was effectively increased(P<0.05),and the D-LA content in the AP group at 25~100 mg/kg was effectively decreased(P<0.05).Jejunum:The SIgA content was effectively increased(P<0.05)and the TNF-αcontent was effectively decreased(P<0.05)in the AP groups at 50 and 100 mg/kg.The IL-1βcontent was effectively decreased(P<0.05)and the IL-10 content was effectively increased(P<0.05)in the AP group at 100 mg/kg;Ileum:The SIgA content was effectively increased in the AP group at 25~100 mg/kg,the IL-10 content was effectively increased in the AP groups at 50 and 100 mg/kg,and the TNF-αcontent was effectively decreased in the AP group at 100 mg/kg(P<0.05).Conclusion:Apigenin(100 mg/kg)can improve the growth performance of piglets by enhancing immunity and inhibiting inflammatory reactions.
