摘 要:文章旨在探究酵母培养物(Yeast culture,YC)对草鱼生长性能和肠道消化酶活性的影响。试验将720尾初重为(51.31±2.64)g的草鱼随机分为4组,每组6箱,每箱30尾,试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0、6、12和18 g/kg的YC,试验为期49 d。结果表明。与对照组相比,18 g/kg的YC组草鱼末重(FBW)显著提高6.65%(P<0.05),特定生长率(SGR)显著提高4.22%(P<0.05),肥满度(CF)显著提高6.08%(P<0.05);12和18 g/kg的YC组草鱼增重率(WGR)分别显著提高4.44%和7.98%(P<0.05);此外,YC对草鱼初重(IBW)、饲料系数(FCR)、存活率(SR)、脏体比(HSI)及肝体比(VSI)均无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮梯度添加YC对草鱼全鱼粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分及水分均无显著影响(P>0.05)。12和18 g/kg的YC组草鱼前肠蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);18 g/kg的YC组草鱼中肠脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);18 g/kg的YC组草鱼后肠蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),12和18 g/kg的YC组草鱼后肠脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。试验结论:添加18 g/kg的酵母培养物可通过提高草鱼肠道消化酶活性促进其生长发育。To explore the effects of yeast culture(YC)on the growth performance and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus).720 grass carp with an initial weight of(51.31±2.64)g were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 boxes in each group and 30 carp in each box.They were fed with experimental feed containing 0,6,12,and 18 g/kg YC added to the basic feed for a total of 49 days.(Experimental results):Compared with the control group,the YC group at 18 g/kg significantly increased grass carp FBW by 6.65%(P<0.05),SGR by 4.22%(P<0.05),and CF by 6.08%(P<0.05);The WGR of grass carp in YC groups at 12 and 18 g/kg significantly increased by 4.44%and 7.98%,respectively(P<0.05);In addition,YC had no significant effect on grass carp IBW,FCR,SR,HIS,and VSI(P>0.05).The addition of YC to the feed gradient had no significant effect on the crude protein,crude fat,crude ash,and moisture content of grass carp whole fish(P>0.05).The protease activity in the foregut of grass carp was significantly increased in YC groups at 12 and 18 g/kg(P<0.05);The lipase activity in the midgut of grass carp in the YC group at 18 g/kg was significantly increased(P<0.05);The protease activity in the hindgut of grass carp in the 18 g/kg YC group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the lipase activity in the hindgut of grass carp in the 12 and 18 g/kg YC groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).Experimental conclusion:Yeast culture at a concentration of 18 g/kg can promote the growth and development of grass carp by increasing the activity of digestive enzymes in their intestines.
