摘  要:文章旨在研究蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉对黄颡鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响。试验将480尾同批次、健康无病的黄颡鱼随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾。4组饲喂等氮饲料,且分别用0%(对照组)、33.33%、66.67%、100%水平的蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉。预饲期7 d,试验期56 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,蝇蛆粉对鱼粉的替代水平为66.67%时,增重率显著降低(P<0.05)。蝇蛆粉对鱼粉的替代水平为100%时,末重、增重率、特定生长率显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,蝇蛆粉对鱼粉的替代水平为66.67%~100%时,甘油三酯、胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,蝇蛆粉对鱼粉的替代水平为66.67%~100%时,粗蛋白质含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,蝇蛆粉对鱼粉替代水平不超过33.33%时,黄颡鱼的生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质不受负面影响。蝇蛆粉对鱼粉替代水平为66.67%~100%时,黄颡鱼血清甘油三酯、胆固醇及肌肉粗蛋白质含量显著下降。综上所述,黄颡鱼饲料中蝇蛆粉对鱼粉的适宜替代水平为33.33%。To investigate the effects of replacing fish meal with fly meal on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices and meat quality of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,480 healthy and disease-free fish of the same batch were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 40 fish in each replicate.The fish were fed isonitrogenous diets,and the fish meal was replaced by fly meal at 0%(control group),33.33%,66.67%and 100%levels,respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 days and the experimental period was 56 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,when the replacement level was 66.67%,the weight gain rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05).When the replacement level was 100%,the final weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,when the replacement level of fly meal for fish meal was 66.67%~100%,the contents of triglyceride and cholesterol were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,when the replacement level of fly meal for fish meal was 66.67%~100%,the crude protein content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,when the replacement level of fly meal for fish meal was no more than 33.33%,the growth performance,serum biochemical indices and meat quality of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were not negatively affected.When the replacement level was 66.67%~100%,the contents of serum triglyceride,cholesterol and muscle crude protein of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were significantly decreased.In general,the suitable replacement level of fly meal for fish meal in the feed of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was 33.33%.
