摘  要:文章旨在探究辣椒秸秆青贮(Chili straw silage,CSS)对肉羊生长性能、肌肉脂肪酸组成和肠道免疫指标的影响。试验将80只健康的杜×湖杂交[(31.53±1.98)kg]肉用公羊随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头,试验日粮分别饲喂添加0%、4%、8%、16%的CSS,试验为期63 d。结果显示:CSS对肉羊生长性能有显著影响(P<0.05),8%CSS组末重(FBW)显著提升6.98%(P<0.05),4%和8%CSS组平均日增重(ADG)分别显著提升9.95%和16.87%(P<0.05),4%~16%CSS组DMI分别显著提升4.10%、6.15%和5.13%(P<0.05),8%CSS组料重比(F/G)显著下降9.17%(P<0.05),16%CSS组F/G较对照组显著下降6.21%(P<0.05),较8%CSS组显著提升16.93%(P<0.05)。8%CSS组C12:0、C13:0、C14:0、C15:1、C16:1、C18:1、C18:2和C20:5含量显著上调(P<0.05);8%和16%CSS组饱和脂肪酸C16:0、C20:0、C20:1、C20:2、C20:3含量显著上调(P<0.05)。十二指肠,8%CSS组IgA和IgG含量显著提升(P<0.05);空肠,8%CSS组IgM和IgG含量显著提升(P<0.05),16%CSS组IgG含量显著降低(P<0.05);回肠,8%CSS组IgM含量有效提升,16%CSS组IgM含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:补充8%的辣椒秸秆青贮能提高肉羊肠道免疫,改善其肌间脂肪酸组成,并提高其生长性能。Explore the effects of chili straw silage(CSS)on the growth performance,muscle fatty acid composition,and intestinal immune indicators of meat sheep.80 healthy Du×Hu hybrid[(31.53±1.98)kg]meat rams were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 4 rams per replicate.They were fed with experimental feed supplemented with 0%,4%,8%,and 16%chili straw silage for a total of 63 days.The results showed that CSS had a significant effect on the growth performance of meat sheep(P<0.05).The FBW of the 8%CSS group increased significantly by 6.98%(P<0.05),the ADG of the 4%and 8%CSS groups increased significantly by 9.95%and 16.87%,respectively(P<0.05),the DMI of the 4%to 16%CSS group increased significantly by 4.10%,6.15%,and 5.13%,respectively(P<0.05),the F/G of the 8%CSS group decreased by 9.17%(P<0.05),the F/G of the 16%CSS group decreased by 6.21%(P<0.05)compared to the control group,and increased by 16.93%(P<0.05).The content of C12:0,C13:0,C14:0,C15:1,C16:1,C18:1,C18:2,and C20:5 in 8%CSS was significantly upregulated(P<0.05);The content of saturated fatty acids C16:0,C20:0,C20:1,C20:2,and C20:3 was significantly upregulated in the 8%and 16%CSS groups(P<0.05).The levels of IgA and IgG in the duodenum were effectively increased in the 8%CSS group(P<0.05);In the jejunum,the IgM and IgG levels were effectively increased in the 8%CSS group(P<0.05),while the IgG levels were significantly decreased in the 16%CSS group(P<0.05);In the ileum,the IgM content in the 8%CSS group was effectively increased,while the IgM content in the 16%CSS group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing with 8%chili straw silage can enhance the intestinal immunity of sheep,improve their intramuscular fatty acid composition,and enhance their growth performance.
