摘 要:面对经济下行压力和产能饱和的问题,可持续发展已成为饲料企业追求的目标。而饲料企业的可持续发展离不开人才支持,只有将人才培养放在重要位置,才能建设出一支高素质的人才队伍,才能把人才资源转化为饲料企业的市场竞争力。为此,本文首先分析了人才培养对饲料企业可持续发展的促进作用,并指出饲料企业需要的人才类型,然后深入研究人才培养策略,力求以高素质人才引领饲料企业的可持续发展。Faced with the pressure of economic downturn and the problem of capacity saturation,sustainable development has become the pursuit goal of feed enterprises.The sustainable development of feed enterprises relies on the support of talents.Only by placing talent cultivation in an important position can a high-quality talent team be built and talent resources be transformed into the market competitiveness of feed enterprises.Therefore,this article first analyzes the promoting effect of talent cultivation on the sustainable development of feed enterprises,and points out the types of talents needed by feed enterprises.Then,it conducts in-depth research on talent cultivation strategies,striving to lead the sustainable development of feed enterprises with high-quality talents.
