摘 要:高素质编辑团队是学术期刊实现高质量发展的关键。与一般期刊不同,学术期刊对学术研究和学科体系建设具有重要的引领作用,因而也对学术期刊编辑的能力与素质提出了较高要求。在当前的办刊体制下,除鼓励学术期刊编辑做好编研结合、成为学者型编辑外,将优秀学者和科研人员引入办刊队伍成为常见的做法。然而,由于管理层面的不足,科研人员在融入学术期刊编辑团队的过程中仍面临着一系列的实际困难与挑战。本文聚焦这一议题,结合中国社会科学院学术期刊队伍建设的实践,对科研人员融入编辑团队的现状及其所面临的问题进行系统梳理,并在此基础上提出相应的解决策略和建议。A high-quality editing team is crucial to the achievements of high-quality development in academic journals. Unlike ordinary journals, academic journals play a pivotal role in guiding the development of academic systems, thereby demanding higher standards for the abilities and qualities of their editors. Under the current publishing system, beyond encouraging academic journal editors to integrate editing with research, a common practice has emerged to bring outstanding scholars and researchers into the journal editing team. However, due to inadequacies in management, outstanding scholars still face a series of practical difficulties and challenges in integrating into the academic journal editing team. This article focuses on this issue, combining the practice of academic journal editing team building at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, to systematically review the current status of outstanding scholars' integration into editing teams and the problems they encounter. Based on this analysis, corresponding solutions and suggestions are proposed.
