摘  要:糖尿病心肌病(DCM)是高血糖引起的心脏功能障碍性疾病,可诱发心力衰竭,严重威胁了人类健康。环状RNA在动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、DCM等多种疾病病理中发挥调节重要作用。心肌细胞死亡是DCM的重要因素,包括细胞凋亡、细胞焦亡、自噬、坏死性凋亡和铁死亡。环状RNA与DCM中心肌细胞死亡密切相关。本文综述环状RNA在DCM心肌细胞死亡中作用机制的研究进展。Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a heart dysfunction disorder caused by diabetic hyperglycemia,which can induce heart failure and seriously threaten human health.Circular RNAs play an important role in the pathological regulation of many diseases such as atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction and diabetic cardiomyopathy.Myocardial cell death is an important factor in diabetic cardiomyopathy.It has been found that circRNAs are closely related to the common types of cell death in diabetic cardiomyopathy:apoptosis,pyroapoptosis,autophagy,necroptosis and ferroptosis.This paper reviews the mechanism of circular RNAs in myocardial cell death in diabetic cardiomyopathy.
