摘  要:采用Thermo Calc计算软件、透射电镜、拉伸试验机等设备对Q890高强度结构用钢进行了热动力学计算、显微组织观察和力学性能测试,从而探究不同两相区淬火温度和回火温度对试验钢微观组织和析出相的影响规律。结果表明:随着两相区淬火温度(840、800、760℃)降低,试验钢铁素体相占比升高;析出相体积分数和平均直径降低,而粒子种类增加。840和800℃淬火后的试验钢力学性能相近,而当两相区淬火温度降低至760℃后,试验钢屈服强度降低约200MPa,伸长率提高至18.5%。随着回火温度(200、400、600℃)的提高,试验钢位错密度降低,基体软化;析出相粒子种类增加,平均直径和体积分数增大;试验钢屈服强度(1210、1120、817MPa)逐渐降低,断后伸长率逐渐提高(14.0%、14.2%、21.8%)。Q890 high-strength structural steel was used to explore the influence of intercritical quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the microstructure and precipitates by using Thermo Calc software,transmission electron microscope and tensile testing machine.The results indicate that with decreasing the intercritical quenching temperature(840,800,760℃),the proportion of ferrite increases,and the types of the precipitated particles increase,and the average diameter and the volume fraction of the precipitated particles decreases.After 840 and 800℃quenching,the strength of the tested steel is similar.After reducing the quenching temperature to 760℃,the yield strength of the tested steel decreases by about 200MPa,and the fracture elongation increases to 18.5%.With the increase in tempering temperature(200,400,600℃),the dislocation density of the texted steel decreases,and the matrix softens;the type of the precipitated particles increases,and the average diameter and the volume fraction of the precipitated particles increase,and thus the precipitation strengthening is significantly increased.As the tempering temperature increases,the yield strength of the tested steel gradually decreases(1210,1120,817MPa),and the fracture elongation gradually increases(14.0%,14.2%,21.8%).
