摘  要:武汉市某生活污水处理厂扩建工程,处理规模由10万m^(3)/d扩建至15万m^(3)/d,近期出水标准执行国标一级A标准,预留远期扩建至20万m^(3)/d及提标至地表水准Ⅳ类标准的条件。设计采用多点进水前置厌氧改良氧化沟(底曝)工艺,经工艺改良后,污水处理单位经营成本为0.74元/t,吨水电耗为0.325 (kW·h)/t,消减1 kg OCTP电耗为1.457 kW·h,其中核心能耗设备较一二期节约能耗40%。污泥脱水处理选用了“机械浓缩+污泥调理+板框压滤+污泥协同焚烧”的工艺路线,同步实现了污泥减量化、无害化、资源化。该项目大力推进了可再生能源规模化应用,安装光伏面积不低于屋顶面积的50%,可再生能源应用量达107 514 (kW·h)/a,建筑总运行能源自给率达34%。The expansion project of a domestic sewage treatment plant in Wuhan has expanded its treatment capacity from 100 000 t/d to 150 000 t/d.The recent effluent standard is in accordance with the national standard level A,and the conditions for future expansion to 200 000 t/d and upgrading to the surface level Ⅳ standard are reserved.The design adopts a multi-point inlet pre-anaerobic improved oxidation ditch(bottom aeration).After process improvement,the operating cost of the sewage treatment unit is 0.74 yuan/t,the electricity consumption per ton of water is 0.325(kW·h)/t,and the power consumption of 1 kg of OCTP is reduced to 1.457(kW·h)/kg.The core energy consuming equipment saves 40% of energy consumption compared to the first and second phases.The sludge dewatering treatment adopts the process route of “mechanical concentration+sludge conditioning+plate and frame pressure filtration+sludge co incineration”,which simultaneously achieves sludge reduction,harmlessness,and resource utilization.This project vigorously promotes the large-scale application of renewable energy,with a photovoltaic installation area of no less than 50% of the roof area,a renewable energy application rate of 107 514(kW·h)/a,and a total operating energy self-sufficiency rate of 34% for buildings.
