上海东余杭路片区空间解析及更新策略研究

摘　　要：在城市化进程当中,上海历史片区的保护更新与现代街区的开发建设之间碰撞激烈、矛盾不断,尤其是那些具有一定历史价值,对构成城市肌理、传承城市文脉有重要作用的里弄街坊。以东余杭路片区为例,通过对空间文化、空间脉络、空间秩序和空间活力四个方面的分析,总结片区空间特征,并针对片区存在的活力不足、界面不连续、特色不明晰等问题,尝试搭建空间肌理、公共空间、街道界面和空间特色四大类型保护体系,完善相关更新机制,希望能对此类风貌保护街坊的保护与更新提供新的思路。In the process of urbanization,there has been intense conflict and constant contradiction between the preservationof historic districts and the development of city blocks in Shanghai,especially in those lanes and alleys with certain historical value that play a significant role in forming the urban texture and inheriting urban culture.Taking the area around Dongyuhang Road as an example,this paperanalyzes four aspects includingspatial culture,spatial context,spatial order,and spatial vitality,to summarize the characteristics of the area.Meanwhile,the paper also finds some problems in the area,such as lack of vitality,discontinuous interface and unclear characteristics.Then,the paper attempts to establish a protection systems to help protecting spatial fabric,public space,street interface,and area characteristics,while improving relevant renewal mechanisms.Thispaper explores the research method and makes some strategic proposals in urban planning of the historical neighborhood,hoping to provide somereference on the relevant planning of historical neighborhood in Shanghai.
