代际协同视角下沩水源村土地生态修复规划研究

摘　　要：在“生态优先、绿色发展”的国土空间规划导向下,本研究聚焦宁乡沩水源村,创新融入乡村“一老一小”视角,突显代际协同理念,深入探究土地整治与生态修复新策略。以“三区三线”原则为依据,结合“一老一小”需求,提出道路交通、公共空间、建筑与基础设施等方面的人居环境整治新策略。经研究表明,科学规划与综合治理,不仅能优化土地资源配置、修复生态环境,还能促进乡村“一老一小”代际互动,营造宜居宜业空间,有力支撑乡村振兴与农村可持续发展,为同类乡村生态建设提供借鉴。Under the guidance of the national territorial spatial planning concept of “ecological priority and green development”,this study focuses on Weishuiyuan Village in Ningxiang.By innovatively incorporating the perspective of “the elderly and the young” in the countryside and highlighting the concept of intergenerational collaboration,it deeply explores new strategies for land improvement and ecological restoration.Based on the principle of “three zones and three lines” and combined with the needs of “the elderly and the young”,new strategies for the improvement of the human settlement environment in terms of road traffic,public space,buildings,and infrastructure are proposed.The research shows that scientific planning and comprehensive management can not only optimize the allocation of land resources and restore the ecological environment,but also promote intergenerational interaction between “the elderly and the young” in the countryside,create a livable and business-friendly space,strongly support rural revitalization and the sustainable development of rural areas,and provide a reference for the ecological construction of similar rural areas.
