摘 要:传统的检测方法很难满足数据的准确性要求,随着BIM技术和数字图像处理技术的广泛应用,传统的建筑裂缝监测方法也将产生变革。研究旨在探讨建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在建筑裂缝监测方面的应用,结合老旧房屋项目,介绍了基于BIM的三维建筑模型的建立,论述了基于BIM与数字图像处理技术的建筑裂缝监测系统的设计与实现,可以使得监测结果更加直观,为施工单位在建筑裂缝监测方面提供可靠的参考方案。Traditional detection methods are difficult to meet the accuracy requirements of data.With the widespread application of BIM technology and digital image processing technology,traditional building crack monitoring methods will also undergo changes.This article aims to explore the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology in building crack monitoring.Taking the example of an old building project,this article introduces the establishment of a 3D building model based on BIM,and details the design and implementation of a building crack monitoring system based on BIM and digital image processing technology.This can make the monitoring results more intuitive and provide reliable reference solutions for construction units in building crack monitoring.This study has important guiding significance for professionals and decision-makers in the field of concrete structure engineering.
