摘　　要：随着全球气候变化问题日益严峻,减少温室气体排放成为各国政府和企业的重要任务。“双碳”目标背景下,二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术作为重要的减碳手段,在油气行业中得到了广泛关注和应用。文章分析了油气企业发展CCUS业务的发展现状,探讨了其所面临技术性及经济性亟待提升、商业模式相对单一、政策支持力度有待加强、产业链布局不够完善等问题,并据此提出了未来发展CCUS业务的路径,主要有加强技术研发和创新、构建多元化的商业模式、完善政策支持和标准体系、促进碳利用领域的融合发展等方式,以推动油气企业CCUS业务实现高质量发展。As the issue of global climate change becomes increasingly severe,reducing greenhouse gas emissions has emerged as a crucial task for governments and businesses worldwide.In the context of the“dual carbon”goals,carbon capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS)technology stands out as an important means of carbon reduction,garnering widespread attention and application in the oil and gas industry.This paper analyzes the current status of CCUS business development among oil and gas companies,delves into the challenges they face such as the need for technological and economic improvements,limited business models,inadequate policy support,and incomplete industrial chain layout,and proposes future development paths for CCUS business based on these findings.The main strategies include strengthening technology research and innovation,establishing diversif ied business models,improving policy support and standard systems,and promoting the integrated development of carbon utilization fields to drive high-quality development of CCUS business in oil and gas companies.
