摘　　要：文章聚焦于竹废料热解设备中的焚烧炉,详细阐述了其设计原理、结构特征、工作原理、性能优势以及在竹废料处理中的实际应用。文章研究了焚烧炉一次风速和一次风温对烟气温度的影响。竹废料作为可再生资源,通过热解处理,能够转化为竹炭及竹焦油等有价值的产品,同时实现废弃物的无害化、减量化和资源化。文章旨在探讨焚烧炉在竹废料热解过程中的关键作用,并展望其未来发展方向。This paper concentrates on the bamboo waste pyrolysis equipment-incinerator,meticulously outlining its design principles,structural characteristics,working principles,performance advantages,and practical applications in bamboo waste treatment.Additionally,it delves into the impacts of primary air velocity and primary air temperature on flue gas temperature.By leveraging pyrolysis,bamboo waste,a renewable resource,can be converted into valuable products such as bamboo charcoal and tar,while also facilitating the harmlessness,reduction and resource utilization of waste.In summary,this paper endeavors to explore the pivotal role of the incinerator in the bamboo waste pyrolysis,and provide insights into its future development direction.
