摘　　要：烘干窑是将含有水分的兰炭烘干至水分低于某一指标的工艺。该工艺在日常生产过程中,烟囱中排放的烟气中含有SO_(2)、NO_(x)等气体污染物。随着人们环保意识的增强国家对SO_(2)、NO_(x)及粉尘排放的限制也在逐步加强。越来越多的地方都要求实施超低排放政策,因此对企业提出了更高的要求,某工厂计划采用燃烧电石净化灰和SNCR技术对烘干窑尾气进行脱硫脱硝处理。Drying kiln is a process of drying blue carbon containing water until the water content is below a certain index.In the process of daily production,SO_(2) and NO_(x) are contained in the flue gas discharged from the chimney.With the enhancement of People’s awareness of environmental protection,the national limits on SO_(2),NO_(x) and dust emissions are gradually strengthened.More and more places require the implementation of ultra-low emission policy,so higher requirements are put forward to enterprises.A factory plans to use calcium carbide ash and SNCR technology to desulphurize and sell off the tail gas of drying kiln.
