摘  要:随着国家对能源结构的不断优化,天然气作为一种清洁、高效、低碳的能源,在能源消费中的比重逐年增加。国家发展改革委和国家能源局联合印发的《能源生产和消费革命战略(2016—2030)》提出进一步明确积极发展天然气政策,高效利用天然气。天然气站场压差发电技术利用管道输送过程中的压力差进行发电,能有效提高能源利用效率。文章旨在通过对天然气站场压差发电项目的定量风险分析(quantitative risk analysis,QRA)和温度控制策略进行探讨研究,为该技术的安全、稳定、高效运行提供理论支撑和实践指导。With the continuous optimization of the national energy structure,natural gas,as a clean,eff icient,and low-carbon energy source,has seen its proportion in energy consumption increase year by year.The“Energy Production and Consumption Revolution Strategy(2016—2030)”,jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration,proposes to further clarify the policy of actively developing natural gas and eff iciently utilizing it.Natural gas station pressure differential power generation technology,which utilizes pressure differences during pipeline transportation to generate electricity,can effectively improve energy utilization eff iciency.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the safe,stable,and eff icient operation of this technology through a quantitative risk analysis(QRA)of natural gas station pressure differential power generation projects and a discussion on temperature control strategies.
