摘　　要：矿浆具有高磨蚀性,隔膜泵在长期运行过程中易出现故障,导致设备停机和维护成本增加。文章提出基于智能控制系统的隔膜泵故障诊断与报警功能,通过实时监测关键参数以及运用多级报警机制,实现了对潜在故障的早期预警和及时响应。该集成故障诊断与报警功能的智能控制系统能够提高隔膜泵的运行可靠性,减少维护成本,提升系统的安全性和稳定性。Slurry is highly abrasive,and diaphragm pumps are prone to failure during long-term operation,resulting in equipment downtime and increased maintenance costs.This paper proposes a fault diagnosis and alarm function for diaphragm pumps based on an intelligent control system.By monitoring key parameters in real time and employing a multi-level alarm mechanism,early warning and prompt response to potential faults are achieved.The intelligent control system,integrated with fault diagnosis and alarm functions,improves the operational reliability of diaphragm pumps,reduces maintenance costs,and enhances system safety and stability.
