摘 要:化工企业涉及大量易燃、易爆和有毒物质,易发生火灾,因此强化消防监督和防火检查是确保企业生产安全的关键措施。文章针对化工企业消防监督与防火检查的特点,深入分析了在实际操作中如何体现针对性、全面性和严格规范性,并详细分析了风险评估技术、无损检测技术、实时监测与远程数据采集技术、热成像检测技术等核心技术的运用。通过这些技术,进一步梳理了消防检查的工作流程,构建了全面的检查体系。研究结果表明,这些关键技术的融合运用,提高了化工企业火灾防控的工作效率和准确性,为化工产业的消防安全管理提供了科学依据和实践指导。Chemical enterprises involve a large number of flammable,explosive and toxic substances,with signif icant fire risk,so strengthening fire supervision and fire inspection is the key measure to ensure the production safety of these enterprises.According to the characteristics of fire supervision and fire inspection in chemical enterprises,this paper deeply analyzes how to embody high pertinence,comprehensiveness and strict standardization in actual operation.The application of risk assessment technology,non-destructive testing technology,real-time monitoring and remote data acquisition technology,thermal imaging detection technology and other core technologies are analyzed in detail.Through these technologies,the work flow of fire inspection is further sorted out,and a comprehensive inspection system is built.The research results show that the integration and application of these key technologies greatly improve the eff iciency and accuracy of fire prevention and control in chemical enterprises,and provide scientific basis and practical guidance for fire safety management in chemical industry.
