摘　　要：本章通过对典型海外油田中心处理厂的QHSE管理现状进行深入分析,结合一体化建设理念,提出了适应油田中心处理厂特点的QHSE管理优化模式,并采用系统化、模块化和数字化的设计方法,将QHSE管理融入统一框架,提升管理协同性与资源利用效率,通过案例验证了该体系的有效性。这为国际油气企业提供了可持续发展的管理思路,也为同行业类似项目提供了实践参考。This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current QHSE management status of typical overseas oilfield central processing facilities and proposes an optimized QHSE management model tailored to the characteristics of such facilities,based on the concept of integrated construction.By adopting systematic,modular,and digital design methods,it incorporates QHSE management into a unif ied framework,enhancing management synergy and resource utilization efficiency.The effectiveness of the proposed system is validated through case studies,providing sustainable management solutions for international oil and gas enterprises and practical references for similar projects in the industry.
