摘 要:大斜度井是提高单井产量和采收率的高效技术,在海上油田中应用广泛,但其施工需高精度校深,面临复杂地质条件的挑战。传统钻具误差法精度不足,测井校深在高井斜时难以下放,限制了TCP(管柱传输射孔)射孔作业。文章探讨了大斜度井射孔校深中固定外径泵塞泵送校深方法的应用,以解决常规校深仪器无法在大斜度井自然下放的问题。文章通过地面物理试验平台,对泵送过程中固定泵塞的压差及拉力进行了试验验证,分析了泵送排量、皮碗外径、皮碗间距和皮碗数量对泵塞性能的影响。结果表明,固定泵塞的最优参数为皮碗外径52 mm、间距30 mm、数量5个。试验发现,皮碗设计对泵送过程中流体的压差和拉力变化具有显著影响,可为固定泵塞及变径泵送工具的尺寸优化提供参考,提升大斜度井及水平井TCP作业校深精度。High-angle wells are an eff icient drilling technology for improving single-well production and recovery rates,widely applied in offshore oilf ields.However,these wells require high-precision depth calibration,posing challenges due to complex geological conditions.The traditional drill tool error method lacks precision,and wireline depth calibration faces diff iculties in high-angle wells due to deployment issues,thus limiting TCP(tubing-conveyed perforation)operations.This paper explores the application of a f ixed-diameter piston pumping depth calibration method for high-angle well perforation to overcome the challenge of conventional calibration tools failing to naturally descend.Ground-based physical experiments were conducted to verify the pressure differential and pulling force of the fixed piston during pumping.This paper analyzed the impact of pumping parameters such as piston diameter,spacing,and quantity on performance.Results indicate that optimal parameters are a piston diameter of 52 mm,spacing of 30 mm,and five pistons.The experiments demonstrate that piston design significantly affects the pressure differential and pulling force during pumping,providing a reference for optimizing the dimensions of fixed and variable-diameter pumping tools,and enhancing depth calibration accuracy for high-angle and horizontal wells in TCP operations.
