摘  要:自翻车是一种专用铁路车辆,通过翻转车厢卸载货物,文章总结分析了四大类、八种有可能引发扣斗事故的直接原因,其中包括机车车盒部件故障、铁路铁轨不标准、原料装车均匀度或偏帮、寒冷时期车帮冻害及操作不当等因素。通过分析自翻车倾翻卸货工作原理,查找出导致扣斗事故的真正原因,提出具体防范扣斗事故解决对策。通过加大机车抑制肘与滚动轴的间距及侧门开度等重点部位的检查,加大对铁路轨距和反加高的测量,加大对操作者规范作业的管控,加大防止车帮冻结和规范货物装车等一系列措施,可有效避免扣斗事故的发生,确保翻车作业安全进行。Self dumping is a specialized railway vehicle that unloads goods by flipping the carriage.This paper summarizes and analyzes four major categories and eight possible direct causes of bucket accidents,including:locomotive box component failures,non-standard railway tracks,uniformity or deviation of raw material loading,freezing damage to the carriage during cold periods,and improper operation.By analyzing the working principle of self dumping and tipping unloading,the true cause of bucket accidents is identified,and specif ic measures to prevent bucket accidents are proposed.By increasing the inspection of key areas such as the distance between the locomotive’s restraining elbow and rolling axle,and the opening of the side door,as well as measuring the railway gauge and reverse height,controlling the standardized operation of operators,preventing the freezing of the locomotive’s support,and standardizing the loading of goods,a series of measures can effectively avoid the occurrence of bucket accidents and ensure the safe conduct of overturning operations.
