酒石酸泰万菌素质量提升工艺研究

摘　　要：为提升酒石酸泰万菌素的溶解性及纯度,达到市场销售的要求与标准,文章以泰万菌素粗品为试验材料,通过两次溶解、脱色过滤和酸溶碱沉工艺,再经喷雾干燥即可获得酒石酸泰万菌素。结果显示,上述方法获得酒石酸泰万菌素在水和三氯甲烷中的溶解性合格,纯度可以达到84.34%。因此,该方法可有效改善酒石酸泰万菌素在水和三氯甲烷中的溶解性,提升其纯度,但在其他溶液中的溶解性仍有待进一步研究。In order to improve the solubility and purity of tewanycin tartrate,and meet the requirements and standards of market sales.In this paper,the crude tewanycin was used as the experimental material,which was dissolved twice,decolorized and f iltered,acid dissolved and alkali precipitated,and f inally dried by spray to obtain tewanycin tartrate.The results showed that the solubility of tetracycline tartrate in water and chloroform obtained by the above method was qualif ied.In addition,the purity could reach 84.34%.This method can effectively improve the solubility of tewanycin tartrate in some solutions and enhance its purity.However,its solubility in other solutions is still unsatisfactory and further research is needed.
