摘　　要：文章介绍了某40万吨/年润滑油加氢装置运行初期的装置综合能耗,通过对装置的能耗进行分析,找到影响装置能耗的因素所在,在燃料气、蒸汽、电能等方面进行了优化。一系列措施的实行,使装置能耗得到了较大改善,提高了经济效益。This paper introduces the comprehensive energy consumption of a 400000 t/a lubricating oil hydrogenation unit during its initial operation.By analyzing the energy consumption of the unit,the factors affecting the energy consumption of the unit were identif ied and optimized in terms of fuel gas,steam,electricity,and other aspects.The implementation of a series of measures has greatly improved the energy consumption of the device and increased its economic benef its.
