摘　　要：文章通过在气化炉日常运行过程中,分析研究原料煤灰分含量不同对水煤浆气化炉安全稳定运行造成的影响,结合德士古气化炉运行工况及生产运行成本,从设备长周期安全运行、生产运行成本、降低能耗、减少碳排放等多方面入手,采取科学有效的措施,取得了良好的效果,进一步降低了生产经营成本,增加企业经济效益。This paper analyzes the impact of different ash content of raw material coal on the safe and stable operation of a coal-water slurry gasif ier during daily operation.By combining the operating conditions of the Texaco Coal Gasif ier and production operating costs,the study focuses on equipment’s long-term safe operation,production operating costs,reducing energy consumption,and decreasing carbon emissions.Through the implementation of scientif ically effective measures,positive results have been achieved,further reducing production operating costs and increasing the economic benef its of the enterprise.
