摘 要:针对盐湖提钾提锂后产生的含硼尾液,文章提出了一套完整的精硼酸制备工艺。通过预处理、硼富集、硼酸析出、分离洗涤及干燥等步骤,实现了硼资源的有效回收。优化工艺参数,如pH值、温度、压力等,显著提升了硼酸的纯度和回收率,降低了生产成本,促进了盐湖资源的综合利用。In this paper,a complete process for the preparation of boric acid from the boron-containing tailings generated after potassium and lithium extraction from salt lakes is proposed.Through steps such as pretreatment,boron enrichment,boric acid precipitation,separation and washing,and drying,effective recovery of boron resources is achieved.By optimizing process parameters such as pH,temperature,and pressure,the purity and recovery rate of boric acid are signif icantly improved,production costs are reduced,and the comprehensive utilization of salt lake resources is promoted.
