摘　　要：目的分析彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)联合超声弹性在甲状腺癌患者诊断中的价值。方法选取我院2021年3月至2021年12月收治的甲状腺良性结节疾病患者50例,将其设为对照组,并选取我院同期收治的甲状腺癌患者50例,将其设为研究组;全部研究对象均接受CDFI检查与超声弹性成像技术检查,对诊断价值进行分析。结果在性别、TC家族史方面,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的S、D以及超声弹性对比指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而PI、RI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。TC患者的临床分期、病灶直径与超声弹性对比指数、CDFI肿瘤血流参数密切相关(P<0.05)。通过绘制ROC曲线发现,联合诊断具有最大的AUC,最佳敏感度为80.63%,最佳特异度则为85.46%。结论甲状腺癌的发生、发展与超声弹性对比指数、CDFI肿瘤血流参数密切相关,联合诊断的诊断效能更高,而且能对临床分期、病灶直径进行评估,进而为临床治疗方案的制定提供参考,值得推广。Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)combined with ultrasonic elasticity in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods 50 patients with benign thyroid nodule disease admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected,Set it as the control group,50 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital at the same time were selected,Set it as a research group;All subjects were examined by CDFI and ultrasonic elastography,The diagnostic value was analyzed.Results In terms of gender and TC family history,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).S,D and contrast index of ultrasonic elasticity in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),PI and RI were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical stage and lesion diameter of TC patients were closely related to ultrasonic elasticity contrast index and CDFI tumor blood flow parameters(P<0.05).The ROC curve shows that,joint diagnosis has the largest AUC,the optimal sensitivity is 80.63%,the best specificity was 85.46%.Conclusion The occurrence and development of thyroid cancer are closely related to ultrasonic elasticity contrast index and CDFI tumor blood flow parameters.Joint diagnosis is more effective,it can also evaluate the clinical stage and lesion diameter.Further,it provides reference for the formulation of clinical treatment plan,which is worthy of promotion.
