摘 要:目的探讨阿奇霉素联合红霉素序贯疗法联合肺部微波理疗综合治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法以随机抽签法将我院于2020年11月至2022年12月收治的肺炎患儿92例分为两组(n=46)。对照组施以阿奇霉素治疗,对照组则在此基础上联合红霉素序贯疗法和肺部微波理疗,均连续治疗10天。比较两组临床症状消失和住院时间、治疗前后肺功能、炎性因子、T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果与对照组相比较,观察组临床症状消失、住院时间均较短(P<0.05);治疗后两组肺功能和T淋巴细胞亚群水平提升,炎性因子水平下降,且与对照组相比较,观察组FVC、PEF、FEF、FEV1和CD4+、CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平较高,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平较低(P<0.05)。结论将阿奇霉素联合红霉素序贯疗法联合肺部微波理疗应用于肺炎患儿的治疗当中,能有效改善患儿临床症状,促进机体炎症水平的减轻,同时在提高患儿免疫和肺功能水平方面具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sequential therapy of azithromycin combined with erythromycin combined with pulmonary microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods 92 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by random drawing method(n=46).The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the control group was treated with erythromycin sequential therapy and pulmonary microwave physiotherapy for 10 consecutive days.The duration of hospital stay,lung function,inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms disappeared and the duration of hospitalization were shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were increased,and the levels of inflammatory factors were decreased,and compared with the control group,the levels of FVC,PEF,FEF,FEV1,CD4+,CD3+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher,while the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential therapy of azithromycin combined with erythromycin combined with pulmonary microwave therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with pneumonia,promote the reduction of the level of inflammation,and have positive significance in improving the level of immunity and lung function in children with pneumonia.
