高血压合并急性失代偿心衰治疗中乌拉地尔与硝酸甘油的应用疗效差异研究

摘　　要：目的研究高血压合并急性失代偿心衰(ADHF)治疗中乌拉地尔与硝酸甘油的疗效差异。方法按就诊序号尾数单双号将2021年1月至2023年12月100例高血压合并ADHF患者分为2组,每组50例,对照组接受硝酸甘油治疗,研究组接受乌拉地尔治疗,比较疗效。结果研究组总有效率96.00%高于对照组84.00%(P<0.05);治疗后1h,研究组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1d,研究组氨基末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左室收缩末容积(LVESV)低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率6.00%低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论乌拉地尔治疗血压合并合ADHF效果显著,且安全性高,值得推广。Objective to study the difference in efficacy between uradil and nitroglycerin in the treatment of hypertension combined with acute decompensated heart failure(ADHF).Methods 100 patients with hypertension combined with ADHF from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into 2 groups of 50 cases each according to the single and double numbers of the last number of the consultation serial number,the control group received nitroglycerin treatment,and the study group received uradil treatment,and the therapeutic efficacy was compared.Results The total effective rate of 96.00%in the study group was higher than that of 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05);1h after treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and heart rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);1d after treatment,the aminoterminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),the left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)was lower than that of the control group in the study group and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);during the treatment period,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.00%lower than that of the control group,which was 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil is effective and safe in treating blood pressure combined with combined ADHF,and is worth promoting.
