针刺“膝三针”配合热敏灸对膝关节骨性关节炎患者膝关节活动度及等速力学特征的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用针刺“膝三针”配合热敏灸对其膝关节活动度及等速力学特征的影响。方法纳入2022年6月至2023年6月医院收入的膝关节骨性关节炎患者76例,根据数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,各38例,对照组接受常规西医康复治疗,观察组基于此接受针刺“膝三针”配合热敏灸治疗,就两组患者治疗效果进行组间比较。结果观察组患者治疗后中医症候积分、WOMAC评分、IL-6、TNF-α、PT及AP指标均低于对照组,且关节活动度、IL-10指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用针刺“膝三针”配合热敏灸,可有效改善膝关节活动度,提高等速肌力测试结果,减轻炎症反应,具有临床推广价值。Objective To study the effect of knee osteoarthritis on the mobility and the mechanical characteristics of knee joint.Methods A total of 76 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were included,according to the digital table method is randomly divided into control group and observation group,38 cases,control group accept conventional western medicine rehabilitation treatment,observation group based on the acupuncture"knee three needle"with heat sensitive moxibustion treatment,the two groups of patients treatment effect comparison between groups.Results In the observation group,TCM syndrome score,WOM AC score,IL-6,TNF-α,PT and AP were all lower than those of the control group,and joint degree and IL-10 were higher than those of the control group,statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with knee osteoarthritis using acupuncture with heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the range of knee joint,improve the results of isokinetic muscle strength test,and reduce the inflammatory reaction,which has clinical promotion value.
