摘 要:为验证薄壁钢管螺旋箍筋笼约束高强混凝土芯柱(TSSHC)增强装配连接的可靠性,研究高轴压比装配式TSSHC增强组合剪力墙(PCCS剪力墙)的抗震性能和传力路径,考虑TSSHC数量、螺旋箍筋笼的纵筋数量和螺旋箍筋间距、接缝座浆层混凝土强度等的影响,设计6片试验轴压比约为0.33的PCCS剪力墙和1片现浇剪力墙作为对比,对其进行拟静力试验。结果表明:TSSHC抑制PCCS剪力墙水平连接性能快速退化,接缝座浆层内依次发展多道传力路径,接缝座浆层和预制墙体均有裂缝发展和分布,TSSHC发挥了可靠连接作用,装配整体性良好;PCCS剪力墙整体表现为弯剪复合破坏形态,TSSHC制约剪切斜裂缝的破坏发展,而且墙面有竖向破裂带发展,损伤破坏路径有明显规律性;在高轴压比下,PCCS剪力墙的滞回曲线饱满,峰值荷载后骨架曲线有平缓承载力下降段,塑性变形和延性良好,平均极限位移角1/67,位移延性系数均值4.20;TSSHC是影响连接性能和抗震冗余性的主要因素。依据规范方法以及试验结果,构建了高轴压比下PCCS剪力墙的斜截面受剪承载力计算方法,计算值与实测值差异小于6.5%。To verify the reliability of assembly connection enhanced by thin-walled steel-tube spiral-stirrup confined high-strength concrete cores(TSSHCs),and to investigate the seismic performance and force transmission path in the prefabricated TSSHC reinforced composite shear wall(PCCS shear wall)with high axial compression ratio,six PCCS shear wall specimens with axial compression ratio of 0.33 were designed for quasi-static tests,considering the differences of the number of TSSHCs and longitudinal bars in the steel-tube,the spacing of spiral-stirrup,and the concrete strength of the joint grouting layer.The results show that the TSSHC inhibits the rapid degradation of the horizontal connection performance of the PCCS shear walls.Multiple force transmission paths are developed successively in the joint grouting layer,and cracks are developed and distributed in both the joint grouting layer and the prefabricated concrete wall.The TSSHC plays a reliable role in connecting different parts,and the assembly integrity is satisfactory.The PCCS shear walls show a bending-shear composite failure mode.The TSSHC restricts the development of shear oblique cracks.Vertical fracture zone develops in the wall,and the damage path is regular.Under high axial compression ratio,the hysteresis curve of PCCS shear walls is full,the skeleton curve has a gentle bearing capacity decline section after peak load,and the plastic deformation ability and ductility are sufficient.The average limit displacement angle is 1/67,and the average displacement ductility coefficient is 4.20.The number of TSSHCs is the main factor affecting the assembly performance and seismic redundancy.Based on the existing standard method and test results, a calculation model of the shear capacity of PCCS shear walls under high axial compression ratio was established, and the difference between the calculated value and the test value is less than 6. 5%.
