扣压型不锈钢支座-直立锁边彩钢屋面抗风揭性能试验与理论分析

摘  要:近年来T形码支座抗风揭承载力不足导致直立锁边金属屋面风揭破坏事故时有发生。为有效提高直立锁边彩钢屋面的抗风揭承载力,设计了一种扣压型不锈钢支座。为了得到扣压型不锈钢支座-直立锁边彩钢屋面的破坏模式、受力机理及抗风揭承载力,验证该支座的可靠性和有效性,进行了4个屋面的抗风揭试验。同时,建立了抗风揭分析模型,通过试验数据验证分析模型的准确性,研究了屋面板厚度、屋面板宽度和支座纵向间距等参数对该屋面系统抗风揭承载力的影响规律。结果表明:扣压型不锈钢支座-直立锁边彩钢屋面有两种风揭破坏模式,包括支座上部弯弧段拉直后发生脱扣破坏以及竖直部件下部弯钩与底座竖直段弯钩扣合处拉直脱扣破坏;减小屋面板宽度与支座纵向间距、增大屋面板厚度以及增设抗风夹可以提高该屋面抗风揭承载力。在试验与有限元模拟的基础上,通过相关分析法得到各因素之间的相关性,提出了该屋面的抗风揭承载力计算式,计算结果与试验值和模拟值均吻合较好。In recent years,the wind-induced damage to standing seam metal roofs because of insufficient bearing capacity of T-code support to resist wind uplift often occurs.To effectively improve the wind-uplift resistance of standing seam color steel roofing system,a curved stainless steel plate support was designed.In order to obtain the damage mode,force mechanism and wind-uplift resistance of the standing seam color steel roof system with curved stainless steel plate support,and to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the support,wind uncovering tests on four roof specimens were carried out.At the same time,a finite element analysis model was established,and the accuracy of the analytical model was verified by the experimental data.The influence of parameters such as roof panel thickness,roof panel width and longitudinal spacing of the support on the wind-uplift resistance of the roof system was studied.The results show that there are two damage modes of the standing seam color steel roof system with curved stainless steel plate support the upper curved arc section of the support is straightened and unbuckled,and the lower curved hook of the vertical component is straightened and unbuckled at the vertical section of the base where the curved hooks are buckled.In addition,the wind-uplift resistance of the roofing system can be increased by reducing the width of the roof panel and the longitudinal spacing of the support,increasing the thickness of the roof panel,and installing additional wind-resistant clips.Based on the test and finite element simulation,the correlation between various factors was obtained by correlation analysis,and formula for calculating the wind-uplift resistance of this roof system was proposed. The results obtained from the proposed formula are in good agreement with both the experimental and simulated results.
