摘 要:探讨了通过调整发泡机转速来控制植物纤维泡沫的密度,以优化其对发泡进程的精准控制。实验采用木浆纤维与发泡剂混合进行化学发泡,通过改变发泡转速,评估了其对纤维泡沫密度和纤维泡沫稳定性的影响。研究发现,较高转速下制备的纤维泡沫密度更低,排水速率更小,稳定性更佳。通过精确控制发泡转速,有效避免了发泡不足或过度发泡的问题,确保了产品的质量。该方法便于自动化检测,不受原料量变化限制,有助于延长泡沫形态的维持时间,提高最终产品的质量,为植物纤维基发泡材料的连续化工业生产提供了一种可行的控制方法。The paper discusses controlling the density of plant fiber foam by adjusting the speed of the foaming machine to optimize the precise control of the foaming process.The experiment involved mixing wood pulp fibers with a foaming agent to carry out chemical foaming,and by changing the foaming speed,the impact on the density and stability of the fiber foam was evaluated.The study found that fiber foams prepared at higher speeds had lower densities,smaller drainage rates,and better stability.By precisely controlling the foaming speed,the problems of insufficient or excessive foaming were effectively avoided,ensuring the quality of the product.This method is convenient for automated detection,not limited by changes in the amount of raw materials,and helps to extend the time that the foam maintains its shape,thereby improving the quality of the final product.It provides a feasible control strategy for the industrial continuous production of plant fiber foam materials.
