摘　　要：介绍了基于西门子S7-300P L C与S S D590调速器的Profibus-DP通讯技术在复卷机电控系统中的设计与应用。采用Profibus-DP现场总线实现了PLC与调速器之间的通讯,满足了复卷机电控系统的要求,整个系统控制精度高,实时性好,使用效果好。This paper presents the design and application of the electric control system for a rewinder,which is based on the communication technology of Siemens S7-300 PLC and SSD590 speed governor with Profibus-DP communication.The Profibus-DP fieldbus is employed to facilitate communication between the PLC and the speed governor,satisfying the requirements of the rewinder electric control system.The entire system boasts high control precision,good real-time performance and satisfactory usability.
