摘 要:建立一种称量纸结构及热稳定性的分析方法。开展了称量纸结构三级中红外(MIR)光谱(包括:MIR光谱、变温MIR光谱及二维MIR光谱)研究。实验发现:称量纸结构的MIR光谱吸收模式主要包括:多聚体O-H官能团伸缩振动模式(ν_(O-H-称量纸-一维))、C-H官能团伸缩振动模式(ν_(C-H-称量纸-一维))、CH_(2)官能团弯曲振动模式(δ_(CH2-称量纸-一维))、C-O官能团伸缩振动模式(ν_(C-O-称量纸-一维))及H_(2)O分子弯曲振动模式(δ_(H2O-称量纸杂质结构-一维))。热扰动因素下,其结构官能团吸收峰变化快慢顺序为:2890cm^(-1)(ν_(C-H-称量纸-2-二维))>2896cm^(-1)(ν_(C-H-称量纸-1-二维));1440cm^(-1)(δ_(CH2-称量纸-1-二维))>1430cm^(-1)(δ_(C H2-称量纸-2-二维));1082cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-称量纸-3-二维))>1090cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-称量纸-1-二维))>1088cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-称量纸-2-二维))>1015cm-1(ν_(C-O-称量纸-7-二维))>1010cm-1(ν_(C-O-称量纸-8-二维))>1040cm-1(ν_(C-O-称量纸-5-二维))>1033cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-称量纸-6-二维))>1058cm^(-1)(νC-O-称量纸-4-二维)。三级中红外光谱可以快速开展称量纸结构及热稳定性研究。A method is established to analyze the structure and thermal stability of weighing paper.A study is conducted on the third-order mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy(including MIR spectroscopy,variable temperature MIR spectroscopy and two dimensional MIR spectroscopy)of weighing paper structure.Experiments have found that the MIR spectral absorption modes of weighing paper structure mainly include polymer O-H functional group stretching vibration mode(ν_(O-H-weighing paper-one dimensional)),C-H functional group stretching vibration mode(ν_(C-Hweighing paper-one dimensional)),CH_(2)functional group bending vibration mode(δ_(CH2-weighing paper-one dimensional)),C-O functional group stretching vibration mode(ν_(C-O-weighing paper-one dimensional))and H_(2)O molecular bending vibration mode(δ_(H2O-impurity structure-one dimensional)).Under thermal disturbance,the order of changes in the absorption peak of its structural functional groups is:2890 cm^(-1)(ν_(C-H-weighing paper-2-two dimensional))>2896 cm^(-1)(ν_(C-H-weighing paper-1-two dimensional));1440 cm^(-1)(δ_(CH2-weighing paper-1-two dimensional))>1430 cm^(-1)(δ_(CH2-weighing paper-2-two dimensional));1082 cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-weighing paper-3-two dimensional))>1090 cm^(-1)(ν_(CO-weighing paper-1-two dimensional))>1088 cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-weighing paper-2-two dimensional))>1015 cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-weighing paper-7-two dimensional))>1010 cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-weighing paper-8-two dimensional))>1040 cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-weighing paper-5-two dimensional))>1033 cm^(-1)(ν_(CO-weighing paper-6-two dimensional))>1058 cm^(-1)(ν_(C-O-weighing paper-4-two dimensional)).Third level mid infrared spectroscopy can quickly conduct research on the structure and thermal stability of weighing paper.
