10种针叶木浆的性能分析及用于卷烟纸的探索

摘　　要：对金虹鱼、俄罗斯布针、阿巴马、昆河化机浆、凯利普、阿诗顿、UPM、万宝路、KLABIN、SODRA块状浆的纤维性质及打浆后抄片纸的抗张强度、抗张指数、不透明度等指标进行对比,以优选适于生产高档卷烟纸的针叶木浆。结果表明:10种针叶木的纤维形态细长,平均长度为2.5~3.5m m,平均宽度为0.03~0.05m m,除俄罗斯布针浆、SODRA块状浆、昆河化机浆外,其余7种针叶木浆纤维形态均匀且长宽比均大于67。凯利普针叶木浆抄片具有较高的抗张指数、透气度和不透明度,分别可达73.9N.m/g、0.77μm/P a.s和71.7%,是优质的卷烟纸原料;金虹鱼、万宝路和KLABIN抄片的透气度和不透明度指标次之,同时抗张指数相对较高,抗张指数分别为63.0N.m/g、63.8N.m/g和71.8N.m/g,透气度分别为0.63μm/P a.s、0.83μm/P a.s和0.82μm/P a.s,不透明度分别为59.4%、60.0%和60.7%,是生产卷烟纸的良好原料。In this study,the fiber properties of 10 kinds of softwood pulp and the tensile index,opacity and other indicators of paper sheets after pulping were compared in order to select the softwood pulp suitable for the production of high-grade cigarette paper.The results showed that the fibers of 10 kinds of softwood were slender,with an average length of 2.5-3.5 mm and an average width of 0.03-0.05 mm.Except for Bratsk,SODRA block pulp,and Quesnel River Pulp,the fibers of the other 7 kinds of softwood pulp were uniform in shape and the ratio of length to width was greater than 67.Cariboo softwood pulp had a high tensile index,permeability,and opacity,reaching 73.9 N·m/g,0.77μm/Pa·s,and 71.7%,respectively,which was proved a high-quality raw material for cigarette paper.The air permeability and opacity indexes of Kamloops,MARLBORO SBSK,and KLABIN ranked after it.The tensile index was 63.0,63.8,and 71.8 N·m/g,respectively,the air permeability was 0.63,0.83,and 0.82μm/Pa·s,respectively,and the opacity was 59.4,60.0 and 60.7%,respectively,which indicated that the above three pulps were suitable raw materials for the production of cigarette paper.
