原纤化天丝电池隔膜的制备及性能研究

摘  要:通过对天丝短切纤维进行打浆处理,获得了具有不同原纤化程度的天丝纤维,将天丝纤维与PE/PET双组分短切纤维通过湿法非织造技术制备电池隔膜支撑体。探究了天丝纤维几何尺寸和形貌以及PE/PET双组分短切纤维支撑体对隔膜孔隙结构的影响,结果表明,天丝纤维经过不同打浆转数处理后,纤维尺寸和隔膜孔隙结构发生了明显变化。同时在加入PE/PET双组分短切纤维支撑体时采用湿压榨工艺可以有效降低隔膜厚度,提升隔膜紧度以及力学性能。商用电池隔膜厚度不超过60μm,孔径不大于3.5μm,孔隙率在40%以上,采取打浆转数20000r、打浆度为92°S R的原纤化天丝与PE/PET双组分短切纤维制备定量为32g/m2的复合天丝隔膜,天丝与PE/PET双组分纤维配比为5∶3,制得复合天丝隔膜厚度为52.06μm,最大孔径为3.3μm,孔隙率达80%以上,抗张强度为26.16N·m/g,可达到商用电池隔膜要求。Tencel fibers with different degrees of protofibrillation were obtained by pulping Tencel short-cut fibers,and the battery diaphragm support body was prepared from Tencel fibers and PE/PET bicomponent short-cut fibers by wet non-woven technology.The effects of Tencel fiber geometry and morphology as well as PE/PET bicomponent short-cut fiber support on the pore structure of the diaphragm were investigated.The results showed that the fiber size and the pore structure of the diaphragm changed significantly after Tencel fiber was processed with different pulping revolutions.Meanwhile,the wet pressing process when adding PE/PET two-component chopped fiber support can effectively reduce the thickness of the diaphragm and improve the tightness and mechanical properties of the diaphragm.The thickness of commercial battery diaphragm does not exceed 60μm,the pore size is no more than 3.5μm,and the porosity is above 40%.A composite Tencel diaphragm with a quantitative of 32g/m2 was prepared by using protofibrillated Tencel with a beating speed of 20000r and a beating degree of 92°SR and PE/PET bicomponent chopped fibers.When the ratio of Tencel to PE/PET two-component fibers was 5:3,the prepared composite Tencel diaphragm had a thickness of 52.06μm,a maximum pore size of 3.3μm,a porosity of more than 80%,and a tensile strength of 26.06N·m/g,which can meet the requirements of commercial battery diaphragm.
