干法生产的阳离子瓜尔胶动态滤水性能分析

摘　　要：为了评价济宁明升新材料有限公司干法生产的阳离子瓜尔胶的助留助滤效果,通过纸浆的动态滤水性能测试实验,研究了干法生产的阳离子瓜尔胶不同条件下动态滤水性能的差异。实验结果表明:干法生产的阳离子瓜尔胶应用性能与湿法生产的阳离子瓜尔胶相当,其动态滤水性能和留着效果随取代度的升高呈上升趋势。In order to evaluate the retention and filtration effects of the dry-process cationic guar gum produced by Jining Mingsheng New Materials Co.,the difference in the application performance of cationic guar gum under different conditions for dynamic water filtration was studied.It has been proved by experiments that the application performance of dry-process cationic guar gum is equivalent to that of wet-process one,and the retention effect of dynamic filtration increases with the increase of nitrogen content.
