摘　　要：通过调整纸机网部振动频率,调节卷烟纸综合性能的生产试验以解决纸机生产过程中纸面状态不稳定的问题。试验结果表明:当纸机网案振次为320次/min时卷烟纸的纸面状态最佳,同时拉力可达1.5kN/m,抗张能量吸收可达14.5kN/m^(2),透气度变异系数可降低到3.30%。本研究可为纸机生产过程中的纸面性能调整提供参考。By adjusting the vibration frequency of the paper machine wire,the production experiment of adjusting the comprehensive performance of cigarette paper was carried out to solve the problem of unstable paper surface state in large-scale paper machine production.The test results show that when the wire vibration frequency is 320 times/min,the surface state of cigarette paper is the best,the tension can reach 1.5 kN/m,the tensile energy absorption can reach 14.5 kN/m^(2),and the coefficient of variation of air permeability can be reduced to 3.30%.This study can provide a reference for the adjustment of paper surface performance in large-scale paper machine production.
