摘　　要：目的探讨Shockwave冲击波球囊在重度冠状动脉钙化病变治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2023年4月至11月本院接受Shockwave冲击波球囊治疗的2例重度冠状动脉钙化患者作为研究对象。采用Shockwave冲击波球囊对钙化病变进行预处理,先以4 atm充盈扩张球囊,实施10次冲击波钙化斑块碎裂术,后加压至6 atm维持10 s左右,共触发80次脉冲击波(8个周期)。结果Shockwave冲击波球囊能有效碎裂扩张重度冠状动脉钙化病变,有助于支架植入;患者围手术期未出现手术相关并发症。结论Shockwave冲击波球囊在重度冠状动脉钙化病变治疗中表现出显著疗效,能够有效碎裂并扩张重度钙化病变,获得理想的管腔直径和面积,提高手术成功率。其操作简便、安全性高,可作为重度冠状动脉钙化病变的重要治疗选择。Objective To explore the application effect of Shockwave balloon in the treatment of severe coronary artery calcification lesions.Methods Two patients with severe coronary artery calcification who underwent Shockwave balloon treatment in our hospital from April to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.The calcified lesions were preconditioned with shockwave balloon.Firstly,the balloon was filled with 4 atm,and 10 times of shock wave calcified plaque fragmentation were performed.Then,the balloon was pressurized to 6 atm for about 10 s,and a total of 80 pulse shock waves(8 cycles)were triggered.Results Shockwave balloon can effectively break and expand severe coronary artery calcification lesions,which is helpful for stent implantation;the patient had no surgery-related complications occurred during the perioperative period.Conclusion Shockwave balloon has shown significant efficacy in the treatment of severe coronary artery calcification lesions,which can effectively break up and dilate severe calcified lesions,obtain ideal lumen diameter and area,and improve the success rate of surgery.It is easy to operate and safe,and can be used as an important treatment option for severe coronary artery calcification lesions.
