摘　　要：目的分析外周血炎症指标中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(MLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)以及白蛋白与碱性磷酸酶比值(AAPR)在前列腺癌(PCa)中的应用价值。方法收集2021年11月至2024年10月在本院初诊为PCa的133例男性患者作为病例组,再将同期于我院体检中心体检的133名男性健康者作为对照组。比较两组的炎症指标。结果病例组的中性粒细胞计数(NEUT)、单核细胞计数(MONO)、NLR、MLR、PLR明显高于对照组,淋巴细胞计数(LYMPH)明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的血小板计数(PLT)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组的白蛋白(ALB)水平及AAPR明显低于对照组,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论外周血炎症指标NLR、MLR、PLR的升高及AAPR的降低更易促进PCa的发生和发展。Objective To analyze the application value of peripheral blood inflammatory indexes neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),monocyte to lymphocyte ratio(MLR),platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and albumin to alkaline phosphatase ratio(AAPR)in prostate cancer(PCa).Methods A total of 133 male patients newly diagnosed with PCa in our hospital from November 2021 to October 2024 were collected as case group,and 133 male healthy objects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were collected as control group.The inflammatory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Neutrophil absolute value(NEUT),monocyte absolute value(MONO),NLR,MLR and PLR in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and lymphocyte absolute value(LYMPH)was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in platelet count(PLT)between the two groups(P>0.05).The albumin(ALB)level and AAPR in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the alkaline phosphatase(ALP)level was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The increase of peripheral blood inflammatory indexes NLR,MLR,PLR and the decrease of AAPR are more likely to promote the occurrence and development of PCa.
