摘　　要：目的观察腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合半月板成形缝合术对半月板损伤患者骨性标志物和关节活动度的影响。方法选取本院2022年3月至2023年3月收治的70例半月板损伤患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组采用半月板成形缝合术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果术后3个月,研究组的Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PⅠCP)、骨钙素(BGP)及骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组的肾上腺素(E)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、皮质醇(Cor)水平及视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组的国际膝关节评分委员会(IKDC)、Lysholm膝关节量表(LKS)评分及膝关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合半月板成形缝合术治疗半月板损伤效果显著,可有效改善骨性标志物水平和关节活动度,提升患者膝关节功能,减轻术后应激反应。Objective To observe the effects of intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with meniscoplasty and suture surgery on bone markers and joint mobility in patients with meniscus injury.Methods A total of 70 patients with meniscus injury admitted in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meniscoplasty and suture surgery,and the study group was treated with intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results At 3 months after operation,the levels of typeⅠprecollagen carboxy-terminal peptide(PⅠCP),osteocalcin bone gama-gla protein(BGP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the levels of epinephrine(E),β-endorphin(β-EP),cortisol(Cor)and Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC),Lysholm Knee Scale(LKS)scores and knee joint mobility in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with meniscoplasty and suture surgery is effective in the treatment of meniscus injury.It can effectively improve the levels of bone markers and joint mobility,enhance the knee joint function of patients,and reduce postoperative stress response.
