摘　　要：目的探究注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及对卵巢储备功能的影响。方法选择2021年12月至2022年12月收治的65例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为常规组(33例)和观察组(32例)。常规组给予腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,观察组给予注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)、调节激活正常T细胞表达和分泌细胞因子(RANTES)水平均降低,且观察组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的优质卵泡生成率均升高,阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)均降低,子宫内膜厚度及卵巢体积均增加,且观察组优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组1年内痛经及复发率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿可取得较佳治疗效果与远期预后。Objective To explore the effect of leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection combined with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts and its influence on ovarian reserve function.Methods A total of 65 patients with ovarian cysts admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the different treatment plan,the patients were divided into routine group(33 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The routine group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,and the observation group was treated with leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection combined with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1),soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)and regulated on activation in normal T-cell expressed and secreted(RANTES)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the high-quality follicle formation rate of the two groups increased,the resistance index(RI)and pulse index(PI)decreased,the endometrial thickness and ovarian volume increased,and those in the observation group were better than the routine group(P<0.05).The dysmenorrhea and recurrence rate within 1 year in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection combined with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts can achieve better therapeutic effect and long-term prognosis.
