摘　　要：目的探讨肩关节运动训练在脑卒中偏瘫后肩关节功能障碍患者康复治疗中的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月我院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫后肩关节功能障碍患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规康复疗法,观察组在此础上采用肩关节运动训练。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的肩关节屈曲、伸展及外展活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分量表(CMS)各维度评分、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能量表(FMA-UE)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分及三角肌、冈上肌、冈下肌肌力评分高于对照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肩关节运动训练在脑卒中偏瘫后肩关节功能障碍患者康复治疗中的效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of shoulder joint exercise training in rehabilitation treatment of patients with shoulder joint dysfunction after stroke hemiplegia.Methods Sixty patients with shoulder joint dysfunction after stroke hemiplegia admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was treated with shoulder joint exercise training on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the flexion,extension and abduction of shoulder joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of each dimension of Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Score Scale(CMS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale-Upper Extremity(FMA-UE)score,Barthel Index(BI)score and deltoid,supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscle strength scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shoulder joint exercise training applied in rehabilitation treatment of patients with shoulder joint dysfunction after stroke hemiplegia has a significant effect.
