艾灸联合持续膀胱冲洗在TURP术后患者中的应用效果及对术后出血的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸联合持续膀胱冲洗在经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后患者中的应用效果及对术后出血的影响。方法选取2022年6月至2024年6月我院泌尿外科收治的80例TURP患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用持续膀胱冲洗,观察组在对照组基础上实施艾灸。比较两组的膀胱痉挛状态、舒适度、出血情况及生活质量。结果观察组的膀胱痉挛持续时间短于对照组,膀胱痉挛次数少于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血凝块堵管率、出血率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的舒适状况量表(GCQ)各维度评分及总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合持续膀胱冲洗可减轻TURP术后患者膀胱痉挛程度,降低术后出血风险,增强机体舒适度,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of moxibustion combined with continuous bladder irrigation in patients after trans urethral resection prostate(TURP)and its influence on postoperative bleeding.Methods A total of 80 patients with TURP admitted in the urology department of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with continuous bladder irrigation,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The bladder spasm,comfort,bleeding and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of bladder spasm in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the number of bladder spasms was less than that in the control group,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood clot plugging rate and bleeding rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with continuous bladder irrigation can reduce the degree of bladder spasm in patients after TURP,reduce the risk of postoperative bleeding,enhance the comfort of the body,and improve the quality of life.
